That's me and my family - that's all my love in one picture.
My husband Bob and I will celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary this year, November 11, 2017. We were high school sweethearts, we started dating in High School and have not stopped. He is the love of my life, my biggest supporter and my best friend. Yes, we've been together for over 20 years and my love for him is still evident. I want him to be happy and I want to make him happy, and because those sentiments are returned by him we have an awesome relationship, one of love, respect and honesty.
Our two boys keep us moving, Alex and Vito are almost 10 years apart; for some reason the universe saw fit to delay conception for quit a few years! But honestly it has been an amazing journey watching these two boys grow up and develop their own lives and personalities. I am honored to bet heir mom.
I started my company, A Simple I Do in 2007. My sister was getting married and could not find the right person to make it legal, so I stepped in and offered to become ordained and perform the ceremony. On a wing and a prayer we set off to draft the ceremony, perform it and then sign the license and make it legal. I fell in love with making them happy. I did a few favors for friends and family and the next thing I knew I was developing a website, marketing my services and making my passion a profession.
Nearly 10 years later having performed over 1,000 ceremonies I still love what I do. I am a hopeless romantic, I believe in happily ever after, I believe that marriage requires work and respect and time and if you put in the work you can be so very happy.
Know that if you choose me to perform your ceremony I take it personal. I try so very hard to deliver a ceremony that is a reflection of your love for each other and to deliver that ceremony with emotion and love so that your guests understand what your wedding day is really all about. And to top it off, I want to make it simple, easy and stress free for you! I will do the work, sending you emails and prompts and reminders so you really don't have to worry.
Feel free to email me any questions you may have as I am always happy to offer an opinion or even just an ear to listen.
